Asbury Receives Missouri Right to Life Endorsement for August 3 Republican Primary

Higbee, MO – The Missouri Right to Life (MRL) Political Action Committee (PAC) has endorsed Randy Asbury in his bid to become 22nd District State Representative which is composed of Randolph, Chariton and Southern Macon counties. MRL is the leading pro-life advocacy group in Missouri, representing 250,000 pro-life Missourians.

In MRL’s letter of endorsement, MRL PAC Chair Dave Plemmons stated, “Missouri Right to Life Political Action Committee is pleased to endorse your candidacy as one who will be an effective voice for the protection of innocent human life.”

“We are delighted to have MRL’s endorsement,” stated Asbury. “Life is a precious gift from God that begins at conception. I will be diligent to protect innocent life at all levels.”

Asbury has served as the Randolph County Western District Associate Commissioner since 2007. In addition, Asbury advocates for the economic interests of agricultural, navigational, and utility-related entities while seeking balance with environmental needs in his role as executive director of the Coalition to Protect the Missouri River.

Along with protecting life, one of Asbury’s top priorities is creating new jobs that will have a long term impact on North Missouri.  “Putting Missouri back to work needs to be a main focus of the Missouri legislature,” said Asbury.

Asbury and his wife, Connie, have been married for 26 years, and have four children: Tristan, Mandi, Kiersten, and Eli.
